That’s easy: he’s a Texan Yogi. What more reason do I need?! ;o) Someday…someday I’ll get lucky enough to take one of his classes (and I’ll INSIST on a looong Savasana…ha ha).
My year in review
The past 12 months have been interesting. I’ve been revisiting old hobbies (quilting, gardening) and picking up some new interests (self defense, Buddhism). Tied into all of that is my role as wife/mother, and these relationships push me to improve in ways I’d never do on my own. There’s been much in the way of personal growth, and I look forward to what the future holds. :o)
